The wellness area is freely available to you. Not only do we offer you plenty of space to relax and switch off - you can also experience many activities in and around our resort. Haus Felsengrund retreat centre is situated around 35 km (approx. 22 miles) from Dresden in the quaint village of Rathen with a direct view of the Elbe river and the famous Bastei, landmark and one of the most breathtaking rock formations of “Saxon Switzerland”. Whether you are in search of a retreat centre for your church week(end) away, a holiday resort for yourself and/or your family, a place to organize a workshop or training seminar in, a ‘base camp’ for climbing, cycling or hiking tours or even a peaceful constant to city-hop from.

The family-led land hotel is situated in the municipality Gohrisch. Hiking and groups of seniors are cordially welcome with good discounts on groups. Organization of day schedules, BBQ and much more. Friendly service in our restaurant with fresh regional kitchen. Seasonal change of menu before Easter time (visible on our homepage). On public holidays there will be an additional menu with breakfast buffet and half-board with 3 course meal with 2 choosable main courses. If desired we prepare lunch packets for you.
Our 28 guest rooms are all equipped with Shower/WC, SAT-TV and telephone.
